About Ryan Willoughby

My name is Ryan Willoughby, and I’ve been training for 7 years, progressing in multiple types of training including powerlifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics, and aerobics. I am currently in my last year of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (study of movement) with intentions to become a researcher at the university level.


My honest goal in life is to help as many people as possible in becoming a better version of themselves in their own vision. Because of my drive for wanting to help others and for bettering myself as a future educator, I became a certified personal trainer at 18 and began working for La Fitness.


Since then I have become even more immersed in all things exercise, human behavior, human anatomy/physiology, diet, and most of all: exercise programming/periodization. I want to help you in reaching your specific goals by helping you form the necessary habits that will create the change needed to adapt and get better, week by week.
